My daughter Amy (the cute one in the picture) was born 7 weeks premature and the care she got was surperb and so caring that I felt I had to give something back to thank everyone.
So I wanted a tough target for myslef and I think a 320 bike ride from London to Paris is the perfect way to raise money for BLISS
